Liars

Yes my fellow followers, I was right once again, Meriton went to the hearing prepared to Lie, and this time the judge was ready to rule in her favour, for the second time, I spoke up, told her she was bias and had acted unprofessionally, demanded she remove herself from the case, and make an adjournment swell. which she granted.

the respondent for Meriton where not happy to say the none.

Being one of Australias biggest companies, you would think they would just simply tell the truth.

Meriton on lying

25th January, we wil be heading to Tenants Tribunal, as we got evicted and have until MArch to move, reason they gave for the evicition, was we had been complaiing about repairs not being met.

Law states, a landlord cannot evict due to retaliatory motives, which is exactly what Meriton have done.

We never complained for the 6 months we had a hole in our roof, damaging furniture, clothes electrical applainces (Laptops) we never even complained when they gave $20 a week increase whilst repairing the roof.

We never complained when Meriton LIED to INSURANCE, about the near fatal a ccident I had in their so called wheelchair accessible path, despite the fact department of Planning had come out to investigate, and also reporting that the path did not meet regulations, in which Meriton replied by having the access ramps repaired within 2 weeks (prrof of guilt if you ask me)

So what do we want from the tribunal, will lets see, can Meriton come and not tell a LIE? I don't think so, so I think their reputation will be in dissaray.

Wait for further updates, after the tribunal

A new blog today, most of you may not know, last June, I had a severe accident in the Meriton Apartments where we live, I was unable to gain access to teh lify lobby in the basement, as stated wheelchair access was not actually accessible, I struggled open the door and pushing my wheelchair through the inadequate ramp.

Today I found out my Lawyer seemed to by worried from Meriton LAwyers, after all he is one of the richest none Australian men in Australia.

this is their response

Your matter iss governed by the cicil liability act and there are very strict provisions that act which apply to claims like yours.

blah blah

Solicitors for Meriton have claimed deniability, what a sham, more like Firsths Lawyers took a payout,or where bullied into closing the case.

Unfortunately for Meriton, Department of Planning wrote a report, and it stipulated the access points where not adequate, I also recieved the photos that the department took, before and after photos.

My lawyer was Stephen Firth, apparently is one of the best in his field, despite all the evidence proving the opposite, even a witness, he took the judgement of Meriton Lawyers.

Another point is, the insurance investigator was fully ableb bodied, therefore he judged on his abilities, and not those of a wheelchair user.

Thisd is a fast, I cannot believe I sure fire winning case was closed becsause of a misjudgement in occurances.
